Visa Signature and Visa Infinite Preferred Ticket Offer Terms & Conditions

Eligible cardholders must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets or attend Sonoma County Wine Auction.
Each auction ticket is good for one individual. Event tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and
are only available while supplies last. Payment must be completed with a valid U.S.-issued Visa Signature® or
U.S.-issued Visa Infinite® card to receive exclusive discounts for Visa Signature or Visa Infinite cardholders.
Full payment is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable. Limit (4) four tickets per Visa Signature or Visa
Infinite cardholder. Subject to availability and service charges. Offers do not include lodging or transportation.
Once the checkout process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges or transfers. Visa reserves the
right to modify or cancel any event at any time upon notice to participants. In the event of such cancellation,
cardholder will receive a full refund. Schedules and staffing are subject to change. Offers cannot be combined
with any other offers or discount. Applicable taxes must be paid by purchaser. Tickets are not for resale.

Limitation of Liability

Sonoma County Wine Auction event tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer.
Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the ticket offers. In redeeming
these offers, participant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her immediate family members (spouse, parents,
children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants
agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Sonoma County
Vintners , Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective successors,
affiliates, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, from
any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the offers or acceptance,
possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offers (including travel related activity thereto).
