Live Auction Rules: Prospective bidders are advised to attend the auction, however proxy bidding is available for absentee bidders. All bidders are required to provide credit card information prior to the event that will be assigned to your numbered bid card. The week following the event, winning bidders with auction purchases will be charged up to $10,000 to the credit card on file from their paddle registration. Winning bidders with purchases of more than $10,000 will receive an electronic invoice for the remainder of the balance due. Invoice payments may be made by credit card, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer or check.

 

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Wine will be shipped from the participating winery donor to the winning bidder on a mutually agreeable date, upon confirmation of payment. Wine-only collector’s lots will be consolidated and shipped to the winning bidder on a mutually agreeable date, upon confirmation of payment.


Please note that you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets and attend Sonoma County Wine Auction events.
