Live Auction Rules: All bidders are required to provide credit card information prior to the event in order to secure a numbered bid card. Prospective bidders are advised to attend the auction, however proxy bidding is available for absentee bidders. 

 

Upon the fall of the hammer, or when the Auctioneer says “sold,” title of the auction item shall pass to the highest bidder. Purchasers will be required to sign bid sheets to confirm their winning bid during the auction.

 

Winning bidders will be invoiced directly following event. Payment for all purchases must be made in US Dollars by check, electronic funds transfer (EFT), Visa, MasterCard or American Express upon receipt of invoice. No sales tax will be charged, with proof of valid resale license. 

 

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Purchaser warrants that he/she will pay the full purchase price no later than May 31, 2020.

 

Please note that you must be 21 years of age or older to attend Sonoma County Barrel Auction events.
